Place the square basket down on the table or area where
you want your planter. Lock it down.
Remember - you cannot walk through these baskets so you do
not want it out where it is blocking a walkway.
Next, place the cactus on the same tile. Lock it down and
raise it 5 times with the deco tool.
Done.
