Do you have a garden and are tired of just
throwing some benches down for your guests to sit? Want something
a lil more zesty to liven up and bring the garden together?
On a trip to Asuka, I saw this design at the Happy
Place T Branch Library and am pleased to be able to write
up a tutorial for it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. |
Items Needed:
- 2 Plain Pampas Grass
- 2 Corner Vines
- 2 Benches
- 1 Ball of Yarn dyed Burgundy Red
- 1 Water Trough Deed
|
|
| Depending on which way you want your bench to
go, you will purchase the water trough to match. For me, I will
be using an East Facing Water Trough Deed because I want my
bench to face inward towards my garden area. |
First we are going to place the 2 pampas grass plants to
match the 2 tiles your trough will take up. Lock them both
down and raise them 5 placements.
Raising them will get them out of the way when you put your
trough down.
Next, place the vines, one under each pampas and raise them
up as well. |
|
| Keep in mind that if your garden is not on the
top floor of your home with open air, you will need to go to
the floor above afterwards, and make sure your vines are not
poking through. |
The ball of yarn is to add a bit of color to your decoration.
You can use 1, 2 or 3 balls of yarn, but I am only going to
use 1 for this decor piece.
Place your ball of yarn under one of the pampas and raise
it up 6 placements. |
|
Now that you have your plants placed, its time to place
your water trough under the plants. Go ahead and deed it out
by dclicking the deed and targeting the tile under the (in
my case) northernmost plant.
Lower each pampas 4 times. Lower the vines as well. If you
need to raise your ball of yarn up, you can - or leave it
where it is.
Now, place your benches on one side of the trough - in my
case, I'm placing on the east side. |

Below, is my garden rooftop located at the
Fort Briarwood Town Hall on Legends. The table is there for
food and drinks while the citizens at social gatherings can
relax and enjoy.
