In order to create this fireplace, you will use another
tutorial as a starting point to create the two pillars shown
below. This tutorial is the Silver
Pillar Tutorial located in the Misc Category.
You will create 2 pillars (less the statue) next to the
wall with 2 tiles between.

|
Items Needed:
- 12 Pans of Cookies
- 2 Wooden Thrones dyed silver/grey
- 18 Black Cloth
- 12 Gold Coins
- 2 Red Communication Crystals
- 8 Kindling
- 2 Candleabras (optional)
- 1 Book (optional)
|
|
Now that your pillars are built, it is time to create the
mantle.
On each pillar, drop a pile of 2 black cloth, lock down and
raise 7 times.
Drop another pile of 2 black cloth, lock down and raise 8
times. |
|
You now have the mantle built on each of your pillars.
You need to complete the mantle by dropping 2 black cloth
(together as they were above) on to the center tiles (4 total
cloth, 2 piles next to eachother) and raise them both 10 times
using your placement tool
Repeat the two piles of cloth on the center tiles and raise
them each 11 times. This should make a nice even mantle. |
|
Before we start on the fire, lets go ahead and place the
decor you will be using for the mantle. I'm using 2 candleabras
and a book.
Drop the item and raise appropriate to your liking.
I put my candleabras at either end and raise 3 placements
and then the book on a middle tile and raised it till it was
above the black cloth. |
|
| You can actually stop this decor piece right here
if you were wanting a counter for your home. It is sharp even
at this point in creation and can add a certain flare to any
room. |
We are ready to build a fire.
Place a pile of 6 gold on each center tile and lock them
down.
On top of each pile of gold, lock down 1 communication crystal.
Next drop a single black cloth (not a pile of two) and lower
it 1 placement. Do this for each pile. |
|
The final step is to add the kindling to the 2 center tiles.
I like adding 2 separate piles of 2 kindling to each tile
and raising the second a bit to give it a scattered affect.
How you add your kindling is to your preference.
You may adjust the size of your fireplace by the number of
cookie pans you use. Play around with it and enjoy! |
